Waitlist privacy notice
Version 1.2. Effective October 29, 2026.
This notice is about the Strudent waitlist, the demo, and the contact form. Strudent is not open to everyone yet, and these are the only things on this site that ask for anything about you. The demo asks for your email before it starts, and adds it to the waitlist.
What we keep
Your email address, when you joined and confirmed it, and whether you joined from the waitlist page or the demo. Nothing else. We never ask about your child on the waitlist, and the demo sends nothing about your child to us.
Why we keep it
To tell you when your wave opens. Nothing else.
Who sends our emails
Our email provider, Resend, sends our emails. Our database provider, Supabase, stores the list. They handle your email only to do that for us.
We never sell your email or share it for ads.
Your IP address
Like every website, our host, Vercel, sees your IP address when you visit. When you join, we keep your IP address for up to two hours, and a scrambled copy of your email for a day, only to stop the form from being misused. Then we delete them.
How long we keep it
If you don’t confirm your email, we delete it after 7 days.
Once we invite you, we keep it until you sign up, or for 90 days if you don’t.
You can take it off the list any time with the link in our emails, and we delete it straight away.
The contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we get your email, the topic and your message by email, so we can answer. We don’t store it anywhere else. Please don’t include details about your child.
Questions
Write to us at the address below and we’ll answer, or delete your email by hand.
